What I received was larger than my adult female arm would fit. No velcro or straps to adjust. Not a brace at all, more like men's knee pads.

    I ordered these elbow pads for my son to use while playing sports, primarily football. I was immediately impressed with the quality and the design.
    They fit my 9yr old son well, with room to grow. The pads are flexible enough that they move well while running and tackling. They also have significant padding sown into the fabric which helps minimize the pain or possible injury when falling to the ground or bumping your elbow on a football helmet. It is hard to brace for impact or avoid injury when playing football, especially for youth players, but these pads make my son more confident when tackling and take away his fear of being injured. Highly recommend for those with children in contact sports.
