Gotrax+KS1 has fabulous customer service!! We have had this scooter for over a year now. My kids figured out how to take the column off and broke the button that locks it to the foot board. I emailed gotrax about a replacement column and Skyler was awesome! After reviewing the pictures and a few emails back and forth they helped me find a solution that made me and the kids happy!!! Highly recommend this scooter because 1) its kid powered 2) its stable for kids with sensory/stability issues and 3) the customer support staff are so nice!!

Bought this for my 5‑year‑old nephew’s birthday, and it was an absolute hit. He couldn’t wait to take it out in the neighborhood and ended up riding for hours—didn’t want to come inside.
First off, the ride is incredibly smooth. The wheels spin effortlessly, so he glides with just a little push. The lean‑to‑steer feature is perfect for his age—he just leans slightly to turn, and it feels totally stable. No tipping worries at all.
The deck is wide and has a great anti‑slip surface, so he feels secure standing on it. The LED wheels are a huge bonus—they light up as he rides, and honestly, they steal the show. He thinks it’s the coolest thing ever.
I also love that the handlebar has three height adjustments, so he can use it for years. The build quality is solid, and it holds up to 110 lbs with no issues. All in all, it’s a fantastic scooter—safe, smooth, and fun. Highly recommend for any little one!

We got the Gotrax KS1 scooter for my kids, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it—they absolutely love it and want to ride it every single day! From the moment we took it out of the box, the glowing LED wheels were an instant hit. They light up so brightly when the scooter is in motion, and it makes riding feel extra exciting and “magical” for them. As a parent, I also really appreciate that the lights make them more visible when it starts getting darker outside, which gives me extra peace of mind.What really impressed me is how perfect this scooter is for beginners. The lean-to-steer design is amazing—it feels very natural for kids, and I’ve seen a big improvement in their balance and coordination already. It is pretty smooth, stable and no noise at all. Super easy to put together. It’s better to install wheels first. It has three levels of the height. My kiddo might ride it for multiple years! Love it so far.

It’s ok but the letters are peeling already. The light up feature is great. Steering is very difficult for a five yr old which might get better with use. Stiff steering. All in all pretty good quality. This is a good beginner scooter because it’s not going to have your child losing control which I love. Cannot fold it up to put it away but we have room for it.

Got this scooter for my niece and she loves it. One of the biggest highlights is the LED light-up wheels. They are bright, colorful, which is a huge plus.
