    Bought this for my daughter’s birthday at the end of May. As of a couple of weeks ago, it is already not working. Super bummed and disappointed! I am just outside of the return window but was hoping I could get some sort of response or help with this matter!

    My grandson rides at daily. He said it’s great fun. He’s tough on toys and it’s holding up. When he’s done, he just plugged it up in the garage. He’s very happy with it.

    Faulty motor

    I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with this electric scooter I purchased for my son this past Easter. Within 30 days of purchase, the scooter stopped working entirely. Could not get any support from Razor on the issue.
    We purchased and installed a replacement rear wheel and motor assembly kit, which confirmed that the original motor was defective. It is unacceptable that a brand-new product required such a significant repair within the first month of use.

    Given the lack of support and the faulty hardware, I do not recommend this product to anyone. Absolutely horrible customer service.
